A man with a "concealed knife" was arrested by RCMP on Parliament Hill on Tuesday. It's not immediately known what time the incident took place near Centre Block. The man was taken in custody and charges were pending, according to RCMP spokeswoman Valerie Thibodeau. His name and age were not released....
